well the gold country grand prix is coming soon and i hope to have much of this stuff ready to go for the first race. I am going to talk to some bankers on the best way to gather and control the fundraising so that the least amount of theft and fraud happens. I wouldn't imagine alot of this happening anyways but never hurts to prepare for it as much as you can.
If anyone has some great ideas im open to hear them.

Local Charities
Alright so today I found one of my hopefully many local charities to add to the Fund runners list. Although any local charity is encouraged I want to have a list of local ones to help people also.
Soon I will be posting a list of five local charities starting with the one I got today. The Inner faith food Bank, A food bank run entirely by donations by local churches.
stay posted for more!

Welcome to the Fund Runners!
Hi evryone welcome to the offical fund runners website. This site was created to spread the idea of a jog-a-thon type fundraiser. Except instead of running for a school you run for the charity or non profit of your choice.
I love running and I run in our local Grand Prix every year. The Grand Prix is a series of 10 races in Nevada County each for a cause. Most of the time this cause is not one that I directly support. Which is fine because we all of the races are very well done and give the community a healthy outlet together.
But what about those who would like to run for thier cause? Pound mile after mile to achive something going on bigger than themselves? Isn't that a goal for all of us?
More info coming soon
